One team for connected building problems

A leaking chimney can damage the roof below it. A poorly drawing stove may point to a blocked or unsuitable flue. With 20 years of building experience, we understand how these parts of your property work together and where defects often begin.
As a family-run business in Kendal, we handle chimney care, log burners, roofing, insulation work and larger building projects for domestic and commercial customers.

The Pro Builds team did a great job on our leaking balcony roof. Ben, Andrew, Zak and Ross were all friendly, helpful and kept everything clean and tidy. They went the extra mile to squeeze the job in quickly as we were getting a lot of water leaking in. They all worked to make sure the job was done in the right way to ensure we have no future issues and leaks. From the initial quote Ben was great at keeping in touch. He also coordinated other trades, Ross the joiner, to complete the new balcony railing’s. Really happy with the work and would definitely recommend.

Skilled work without the muddled handovers

You don't want to spend your week passing messages between several trades. We assess the job, explain what needs doing and bring in trusted joiners, electricians, plumbers and plasterers when a full renovation calls for them. Our HETAS registration and Sweep Safe certification add relevant reassurance for chimney and stove work, while our wider building knowledge helps us spot connected defects rather than patching the most obvious symptom.
